BIO:
Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I began learning the power of the body and mind as a young dancer, and that passion eventually led me into the world of fitness and yoga. Coming from a family where wellness wasn’t always prioritized, I chose to break the cycle by becoming educated in movement, mindfulness, and strength so I could support myself—and eventually help others do the same. Over the years, that mission has grown into a full career touching children, teens, and adults from every background and ability.
TRAINING PHILOSOPHY:
My philosophy centers around accessibility, emotional awareness, and joyful movement with proper alignment. Whether it’s yoga, strength training, or mindfulness work, I believe movement should feel supportive rather than intimidating. I meet every student exactly where they are, honor their unique goals, and create a safe space where progress big or small is celebrated.

My approach to helping clients reach their wellness goals includes personalized programming, mindful movement techniques, and emotional regulation tools. From mobility and balance to strength and breathwork, I make sure every person has what they need to grow. My aim is always to inspire confidence, consistency, and a deeper connection between body and mind.
FUN FITNESS FACT:
A fun fitness fact about me is that I can hold a plank for over 3 minutes, but I can’t hold my laughter when someone makes a joke during yoga. Sometimes I’m the one telling the jokes during the class. That blend of focus and playfulness helps me keep clients engaged while still challenging them to reach their goals.
