Meet Your Future Coach

BIO:
I joined my first gym when I was 16 years old. I did it because I was tired of being called chubby/chunky by my extended family. The small gym I joined took me in as their "little girl" and tough me what they knew. I learned from them, and realized that I enjoy weightlifting. My transformation had a huge impact on my confidence. I realized that if I can help myself, I can help those around me who want the same results but don't know how to reach them.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY:

Even though the bulk of my training experience is in weight loss through weightlifting and nutrition reorganization, I now find joy in helping people who have aches and pain. Who have done physical therapy but haven't been able to find their groove at the gym due to fear of repeat injury.

HELPING CLIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS:

I love collaborating with my clients to find the best possible road map for them to succeed. I coach clients to look at the big picture first, their goal. We then work on creating habits that will allow us to reach set goal. Lastly we discuss possible pitfalls and ways to combat them for when they arise. I firmly believe that each person has the capacity for success. With the right guidance, motivation and support goals can be reached and surpassed!

FUN FITNESS FACT:

I used to hate running and a dog named Romeo taught me how to stay on pace. It was not easy, but I am grateful for his slow pace and puppy eyes when I tried to outpace him. He kept me in check and I owe him all my running days. Thanks Romeo!
