Morning Yoga

Morning Gentle Yoga is perfect for anyone looking to begin their day connecting breath and movement in a mindful way to help soften tight muscles, ease joint pain, connect the body and mind at a peaceful, slower pace. A perfect bridge between moving in flow and staying stationary.  This class is appropriate for beginners or anyone working with injury, limited mobility, or simply prefer a gentler approach to yoga

HIIT

A full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. All levels are welcome to join this vigorous practice in finding one's state of flow!

Abs & Glutes

In this class, you’ll burn fat, tone your abs, and reshape your booty with a variety of exercises that will have every muscle in your body burning. From squats and steps, to crunches and curls, you won’t stop moving from beginning to end. This class is the perfect way to take your fitness to the next level...no matter where you’re at right now.

Kickboxing

Get ready to reduce stress and burn calories. This group fitness class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun challenging workout.

Zumba

Get ready to reduce stress and burn calories. An energizing dance fitness class with fusion of latin and international music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system, it’s an exercise in disguise. The routines aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. The class moves between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardiac endurance.

Stretch & Mobility

This Stretch and Mobility class is designed to help you improve your flexibility and increase your range of motion. By the end, you'll have been introduced to the concepts of stretching and mobility and better understand how they affect your posture, health, and daily functions. You'll also know the differences between static and dynamic stretching and learn how to perform stretches correctly. 

Spin

This class is a guided indoor cycling experience that uses upbeat music to achieve ridiculous results. Spin class provide high-energy workouts that burn calories and improve endurance and strength. During a typical class, various types of terrain—such as hills that riders have to climb—are simulated to increase the intensity of the workout. This class is perfect for the fitness enthusiast, recreational cyclist or serious racer. All levels are welcome.

TRX

A form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.

Bootcamp

Expect to challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals of free weights, plyometrics, cardio training & balance work. The intervals are structured so that you are working out in what’s called an oxygen deficit, which means that you will feel occasionally breathless. This is okay! Success in this class is determined by a great attitude, not existing fitness.

Pilates

Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

Strength Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning—This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe.

Pound

Designed for all levels of fitness, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose and getting energized. A class that combines cardio, strength training and pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body workout. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, Ripstix, participants can expect to burn between 500-900 calories per class and will be performing over 15,000 reps per session!

BARRE

Our barre class combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to give you a full-body workout that targets every muscle group. Led by our expert instructors, each class is designed to challenge your body and mind while providing modifications for all fitness levels.
