BIO:
I have been a fitness trainer for almost 20 years, dedicated to helping clients reach their full potential. My journey in the fitness industry is fueled by a passion for athletic excellence and personal growth. I have participated in over 20 triathlons, honing my skills in swimming, cycling, and running, which I pass on to my clients. Additionally, I have completed six major marathons in New York, Chicago, Berlin, Boston, Canada, and Rome, demonstrating my endurance and determination.

I believe in a well-rounded approach to fitness that goes beyond physical training. I focus on building mental resilience, healthy habits, and promoting a balanced lifestyle to ensure long-term success and well-being. The success of my clients feels like my own. FUN FITNESS FACT:
I meet the world renown marathon runner, Kathrine Switzer. As the first woman to run the Boston Marathon in 1967, she opened the door for countless women runners and showed us that there are no limitations. Her pioneering spirit and achievements have been a profound inspiration in my own fitness journey.
