Meet Your Future Coach
BIO:
I started working out in the gym at 18 years old. In 2015 I was in a motorcycle accident that severed my patella tendons and cause me to get knee construction surgery. After that my fitness fell off and I was living a unhealthy lifestyle until 2022 where I decided to take accountability and become the best version of myself I can possible be. I am a hybrid athlete and I became a personal trainer to help others change their mentality on fitness and create a healthy relationship with the gym and with nutrition.
TRAINING PHILOSOPHY:
My training philosophy emphasizes on consistency and hard work. Choose your hard. This isn’t a race but a journey. Don’t psych yourself out thinking that certain goals need to be achieved right away. To build a sustainable and healthy lifestyle is one of the most rewarding things you can do for yourself. Treat your body right and it will treat you so much better!
HELPING CLIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS:
I plan to help my clients achieve they’re goals through support, motivation, a well balanced workout that fits their goals and to understand and build a better relationship with food.
FUN FITNESS FACT:
I went from not being able to run and wear a brace on my knee to workout to squatting and deadlifting over three hundred pounds with no brace and running a 1:29 min half marathon.
