BIO:
Hi, I’m Camrand Henry, an ISSA‑certified personal trainer. I help people build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits through evidence based training and realistic, measurable goals. My coaching centers on mindset, discipline, and consistency so the progress you make in the gym supports the life you want outside of it. I love to hit the gym at least 5 times a week myself. Living a healthy lifestyle all around is extremely important to me.

With me, you’ll learn the why behind every exercise. We’ll focus on sound technique, smart progressions, and simple nutrition strategies that fit your routine. I break big goals into clear, manageable steps, pairing structured programming with accountability and feedback. Whether you’re getting started, returning after time off, or pushing for a new level of performance, we’ll meet you where you are and move forward with purpose.
